le groupe se divise en 4 ou 5 sous-groupes, chacun associé à un des éléments. / We will divode into 4 ou 5  groups, each dedicated to one of the elements.

chaque sous-groupe va observer autour de lui l'expression de son élément. / each group willlook for signs of it elements around us

partage des observations et ressentis. / sharing experiences and feelings
